Welcome to The Twisted Kitchen, an ode to my inability to leave well enough alone. Hand me a recipe and I feel the need to tweak it just a little, or maybe a lot. Thankfully these experiments in willful disregard turn out to be edible, even enjoyable, so I have chosen to start sharing the recipes I love in hopes that you will enjoy them and take a chance to add your own twist. How often I post is completely random though I try to put up at least one new recipe each week. I include tricks, tips and twists but there are always more so please share your own. After all food is for the body but cooking is for the soul.
